Taking sword card from center on jap version is not an option, i counted over and over, and it save 2 rooms to go trough coloseum, since you already need mist early for getting in caves & hrs
On usa version, it would save a bunch more rooms, like 10 at least
But remember also jap have 30 relics instead 28 usa, so im not advantaged at all lol
Lib card become your best friend in this challenge

Btw, where to use wolf glitch underwater ? and another place i have problem with is the corridor in olrox quarter with bloody zombie, not the one from chapel, the one near teleporter (i did not took that way on the pic)

Now can someone tell me how to exit IC teleporter (i have dhr & dup of course)

One thing pretty nice about this run is i understood how to finish the game without killing any other boss than gaibon&slogra (hum well, revenged lol), i killed coloseum boss only because it was on my way and boring to escape everytime instead of hyppo witch is realy easy and cheap with halfblood

The hardest and longest trick to figure was how to get the leap stone& long mist, you need to do nasty ET for get over the damn wall, since you are outside up the corridor lol, and in the end it was realy useless relics haha

I had realy hard time to choose between chapel & clock tower, in the end i think both have advantages and problem, but i see no way to exit the teleporter and *fall* in the mist relic directly trough half blood, actually you can get the area of richter shifted by hr or wolf run, but you cant add in there the fleaman needed for half blood along... very tough area to do low room challenge

30/30 Relics, 533 rooms (56.6%), challenge over !

I think you are always putting your attention in this game.

My problems in low maps, are the save rooms, I can't make a low map with save rooms!

Save your game when needed then show your maps.

I believe i could have done the same with 3 or 4 save rooms in RC, for IC im not sure if you even need to save, but anyway would be like 2 save room max

I will try to speak to bug about this challenge, for the low map side, its realy funny to play it, i ran into a lot of difficulty in the run, i think my score is not the best you can achieve, but its not like you would be able to go under 50%, imo that impossible, maybe under 55% ...


Also about corners, that definitly VERY hard on console, because sometimes it take me up to dozen of reloads in order to cross a corner with the bat (grav boots can work btw), honnestly its just about practice, i know the first time ever it took me like 300 reload to cross a corner with bounce, now it take generaly 10-30 reload, so im improving, but, without emulator to practice, i would have NEVER tryed, because you need to reset and reload, that take way too long for a real good practice, if you cant reload instantly, i think you cant train yourself enought for having any result on console

But percentages are different in Emu and PSx

% are same console and emu... gameplay differ that all
Outta proved it, it can work on console to do low map, but of course he could not got 24.0%, actually he was not even aiming at this, but for 26%, and he got under 27%

So yes you can do it, but take more rooms, depending on how you do it


Somebody coming with a 24.0% on console would be realy a monster, but i guess you could already come closer to 25%...


But the thing that is AWESOME, is that chinesse forum already tryed this in January !!!

Ill probably upload that video on youtube, and then it will make sense to make a video with the new high score


On side note, except the fact its emu only obviously (to get that perfect score), its REALY a funny challenge, where you use a lot your HR's skills

Side note : he use a cheat code, for money (obviously in 9hours, cant farm that much money), but no white room, i guess its balanced with me (since i messed so many corner anyway)

without the zwei he would have to add 2 rooms. so there is room for improvement still with newer techs. jochims's game was over 6 months ago and from there we got new techs that should be able to shorten this up some. his video showed a lot of old school tricks with long et and other ET foolery. Some interesting things but without it being a complete run it just showed certain spots with some important details left out.

2 cheats were suspected. money. somehow he got a duplicator and still had 227000 left over with a complete time of just over 9hours. sounds fishy. thats a lot of money to be farmed in only 9hrs and complete this long task of a challenge

the zwei hander is only found from blue venus weeds which are in the IC caves. so he could have got one there. again this is lack of a full run to see if he did get it there.
